Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange

Please note that exchange requests must be approved before sending any item back to us.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, along with photographs or other relevant details if requested.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for exchange, including:

Custom-made or personalized products
Special-order items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Items without their original tags or packaging
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may also not be eligible for exchange.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, design, or eligible product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

The replacement item will be provided subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, may be the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns are processed as exchanges only.

Once an exchange request has been approved and the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange according to the applicable exchange terms.

We do not provide refunds to the original payment method for exchanged or returned items.
